High visibility with excellent career path Wealth Management Advisor: A unique opportunity in Southern Maryland for a person to build the Wealth Management / Investment Advisory department of an established bank with a great reputation and $20 million currently under management. This is not a brokerage position this is consulting, advising and managing wealth management clients for an established commercial bank and trust company. You will be playing an active roll in the bank going on calls with senior managers to meet with high net worth individuals and presenting investment management services. You will be developing your own contacts and referral sources by participating in local community and business activities. You will have the autonomy to manage your own time and be responsible for your results. You will be expected to have the training and experience to determine and recommend appropriate investment strategies based on client’s needs. We encourage highly motivated self-starters with a history of investment sales success to contact us. As part of a full service team you not only sit down to put together an investment strategy for your clients, you can also add value to the relationship by bringing in specialists to service their borrowing, trust and retail banking needs. This is a high growth market with a healthy economy. Compensation is expected to be in six figures and is based on the fee income generated with no cap on your earnings plus full benefits including healthcare, employee stock option plan and a 401k. | • Increase the amount of assets under management through sales, community activity, personal contacts and bank customers. • Manage and advise client relationships using the highest levels of customer service. • Develop new business by participating on customer calls with bank executives and commercial lenders. • Manage the existing book of business and expand those relationships. |

| • Experience of developing and managing a book of investment advisory accounts. • Experience and professional contacts in the Southern Maryland, St Mary’s, Calvert and Charles Counties. • Able to bring a book of investment advisory clients consisting of high net worth individuals and/or institutional clients with investable assets over $1 million. • Proper investment licenses and good U-4. • Communication skills to relate professionally to groups, clients and colleagues alike. |
