| Senior Manager would join single existing partner in "start up" office with Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, Seniors and Staff and infrastructure to succeed. Focus is on middle market business clients. |

| Responsible for planning and compliance for corporations, S-Corps, LLCS and partnerships; staff mentoring and development; project management; achieving business development targets. |

| 8-15 years of business tax experience in a local firm with at least 150 professionals or a national or Big4 firm. |
