Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining external mortgage business from various internal and external referral sources. We are seeking high-profile professionals within their communities with accomplishments built upon progressive successes. Also responsible for networking with external clients in order to develop and increase new mortgage business for the bank. External clients would include realtors, builders, attorneys, financial planners, and others. Additional responsibilities might include building and maintaining partnerships with internal departments and branches as well as existing customers of the bank. Effective database management of client and customer information for purposes of ongoing marketing is required. Outbound marketing efforts would consist of traditional and non-traditional marketing including home shows, seminars and presentations, and in-person calling efforts.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Must be experienced with purchase and refinance transactions as well as conventional and government lending. Successful candidates will demonstrate a creative approach to mortgage product sales and a commitment to exemplary customer service skills. Those skills would include good organizational, verbal and written communication abilities. Must have a solid command of product and processes related to the mortgage business.
