| An oppurtunity to join a team of experienced professionals and perform complex, highly technical audit work in critical lines of business. Company will hire at VP or Director level depending on experience. |

| • Lead in all aspects of the audit cycle from the annual risk assessment process, to planning, client relationship building, conducting audits, supervision of a team of experienced professionals and wrap-up through report issuance and follow-up. • Perform audits over various global groups, with a specific focus on Treasury related activity (i.e. AML, market risk, BASEL II, treasury operations, cash management & forecasting, derivative and fair value accounting standards, and regulatory standards). • Assist in the strategic planning of an efficient and effective transformation of current IAS practices |

| • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance, MBA preferred, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, with 10 to 15 years of experience in the areas of treasury (with significant exposure to the regulated banking industry), financial auditing, and/or internal auditing. Prior audit experience and experience leading audit teams required. Professional certification (CPA, CIA, etc.) is a plus. Approximately 20% domestic and international travel is required. |
