| Officially titled “Senior Manager of International Tax Planning” this position is described by our client as “International Tax Controller” The professional that comes into this position has the opportunity to basically run their own show. You will be the international tax specialist, the "go to person" for the department. |

Summary As Senior Manager of International Tax Planning you will be positioning yourself to advance to the lead position within the department. Responsibilities include international tax planning,US International tax review of foreign subsidiaries, IRS audit responses, and cash management. You will also serves as a liaison with Tax Accounting on the analysis of uncertain tax positions and be involved with Corporate Treasury on tax effects of cash management. Primary duties for the Senior Manager of International Tax Planning shall include Earnings & Profits review Subpart F calculation review Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865 review International tax areas shall include: FIN 48 reporting APB 23 analysis and processes Repatriation planning and analysis |
