| The position will conduct operational and financial audits throughout company in order to identify risks and controls that may impact on the integrity of reported financial information and/or the achievement of business objectives. The role will require strong analytical and presentation skills. |

| Bachelors Degree required (Finance, Business or Engineering preferred).Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.4-7+ years experience in Accounting, Finance or Operations required.CPA preferred, but not required.Previous Public Accounting experience preferred.Prefer previous experience with field level controls in a manufacturing and distribution environment of Consumer Packaged Goods.50-60% travel required (mostly domestic.Requires a 2-3 year commitment to the group.Prefer some Operating experience.Strong communication skills are required (both written and verbal).
