| ? Assist with preparation and review of corporate and partnership consolidated Federal and related state income tax returns.
? Assist with preparation and review of all work papers and documentation to support items of income and deduction on the corporate tax returns.
? Responsible for the analysis of REMIC data received each quarter
? Responsible for maintaining the corporate tax department tax filing calendar to ensure all tax returns, extensions and payments are filed on a timely basis and that appropriate documentation of mailing is received and maintained.
? Responsible for the maintenance of tax return preparation software.
? Communicate with US and non-US Tax Managers on various tax related issues.
? Identify various federal and state tax credits available to the Company and implement them in the returns.
? Responsible for the review and submission of all sales and use tax returns.

| ? Minimum 5+ years public /private full-time experience, preferably in the financial service industry.
? BS/BA in Accounting required.
? CPA required.
? Strong tax preparation software experience required.
? Knowledge of the tax rules and treatment of REMICs.
? Knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48 required.
