| Senior executive accountable for execution of lending activities that meet corporate objectives, are regulatory compliant and prudent, and consistent with risk tolerances established by the Board of Directors Responsible for communication and enforcement of policy and process for all loan portfolios. Responsible for assessment and monitoring of credit risk across consumer, commercial, mortgage and small business lending lines. Partner with Senior Lending Officer to manage portfolio to meet quality and profitability objectives. |

| Requires prior experience in a senior credit administration role. Extensive experience in formal credit analysis, knowledge and experience in multiple product lines is critical. Responsible for oversight of problem asset management and related processes. Also, responsible for development of the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses. Experience overseeing a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio is preferred . |

| MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES Working knowledge of FAS 114, FAS 5, FAS 115, including accounting concepts of “impairment”, “non-accrual”, “troubled debt restructuring”. Must be able to direct back-testing of models against results. Articulate quantitative analysis needs related to migration analysis, portfolio stress testing and loss projections. In addition, must be able to articulate risk metric reporting needs across all portfolios. Review and approve transactions of designated size of complexity. Recommend credits above personal authority to Board Loan Committee or Problem Loan Committee. Responsible for senior level oversight of appraisal process. Recommend changes in process and policy to streamline delivery without compromising credit quality. Review portfolio mix and recommend changes to targeted lending areas. Oversee the review and interpretation of new and pending laws and regulations that potentially affect the Bank’s credit practices. |
