This bank has a national presence, serves all major technology centers from offices coast to coast. You will provide banking and financial services to entrepreneurial technology companies, as well as to the Venture Capital community. |

| The Team Leader/RM will focus on entrepreneurial companies as well as the venture capital community and offer creative financial solutions to local venture capital firms and venture backed technology companies. The RM will develop, service, structure, underwrite, negotiate and manage a portfolio of client relationships. Provide traditional and senior secured debt investments and complimentary financial solutions. This person will inherit a portfolio of existing clients and manage those relationships but largely will be responsible for development of new accounts and management of this regional office's staff. |

| Bachelors degree, 10+ years relevant experience, proven success in managing large client accounts. Commercial banking experience including extensive credit skills. Conversant in corporate banking credit and non-credit products. Knowledge and exposure to venture capital firms and technology industries. Knowledge of accounting and financial principles, economics and money market conditions. |

| Venture lending analysis and work experience. Someone comfortable out and about in the Technology and venture capital arenas dealing with all types and levels of customers. CPA experience would be extremely valuable. NOTE: Serious consideration will be given immediately to anyone with current contacts and an established network in the Technology and venture capital community. |
