Controller, Investment Mgmt Our client, a leading global insurance and investments company, is seeking a highly talented Assistant Controller to backfill a role due to an internal promotion. Functional requirements are as follows: 1) Bachelors degree & CPA and/or other relevant certifications 2) 10+ years progressive experience in investment accounting 3) Three to 5 years management. Demonstrated leadership both with and without straight-line reporting relationships. 4) Strong technical financial capabilities, but also ability to lead, mentor and develop a team into high performers.
