| 1. Execute and manage collections and dispute resolution activities for large sales volume accounts 2. Work closely with customers and Account Managers on collections and invoice/ shipping issues 3. Payment, credit analysis and reconciliation of assigned accounts 4. Recommend corrective action to management on past due accounts 5. Interact with global plant personnel to resolve operations related issues 6. Produce reports, correspondence and other communication as required for internal and external customers 7. Other duties as assigned |

| Position Requirements Bachelor degree in Business or related field with a minimum of five (5) years commercial credit and collections experience within a manufacturing environment. Must have strong communication and analytical skills, effective negotiation and problem solving abilities, and be a self-starter.
