| 1. Solicits new business and individual account relationships and calls on existing customers. 2. Assists with customer’s needs in re: investment and trust services. 3. Spends over 50% time generating business in outside sales. 4. Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings. 5. Negotiates and communicates the Wealth Management Department’s position during discussions with prospects and customers. 6. Identifies competitors, develops competitive information sources. 7. Understands basic marketing strategies such as cost leadership, differentiation, and focus strategies. 8. Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment. 9. Generates leads through planning and persistence. 10. Demonstrates professionalism at all times. |

| 5 years minimum experience in an Investment and Trust department Business Development. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and e-mail usage. Dependable, reliable and self-starter with multi-tasking skills Self-assured and confident in a variety of settings. |
